If everything P has asserted in the past has been shown to be false and now P asserts A then you can conclude that A is probably, although not certainly, also false. That's why most intelligent people wouldn't accept medical advice from somebody who in the past has asserted that vaccines are made from space alien sperm to make people less religious, and ovarian cysts are caused by woman dreaming about having sex with deamons.
