Hi,
Evolution 0.10 (snapshot from 6 April) and GAL are somewhat theme unfriendly.
I've put a a screenshot with 6 spots where theme unfriendliness is shown
by a yellow or red circle around it here:

The gtk theme on screenshot is SatinBlack.
Verbal descriptions of some bugs:
1) Text in ETable's column headings is in black
2) Text in To: and Cc: fields in "Reply to" dialog is always painted with
black
3) In message list, when window looses focus, the color of text for selected
list item (=message) is black
4) Background of section where mail headers in the message view are shown is
always very light gray and text color is always black there. It should also
match gtk theme.
5) Size of the "Move message to folder" window (or any other window that
prompts for folder selection) is not sufficient for all buttons to fit in it.
In most cases, the "always black" problem is due to not calling
"gtk_widget_ensure_style(widget)" before making modifications to copy
of widget's GtkStyle.
It would be nice if all Ximian's and Eazel's products were tested with
non-standard gtk themes such as SatinBlack to ensure that they are gtk
theme-friendly.
