[Evolution-hackers] view->source hangs evo on this mail

So, Looking at this message in source mode, breaks evolution-mail.

I tracked it down to the fact that the message content isn't converted
to utf8, and this breaks the text to html code.  It gets an invalid
character, and advances 0 characters, and well, just keeps on going,
filling up memory (quite slowly I might add).  The g_utf8 interfaces are
quite bizarre ...

Points to another problem with this code, I think the code will need to
actually parse the html, as you can change character sets on the fly.
As a result, well, the camel/utf8 interface might not work at all for
html mails in this case either.
