This past week I've mostly been working on DnD and fixing some bugs here
and there that were in bugzilla.
So far I've managed to get it so the user can DnD messages from the
message-list to the folder-tree or to the composer as an attachment.
I also managed to fix such bugs as:
- "Charset menu doesn't remember my preferred charset in the mail
config"
- "Evolution seems to send a BCC header by mistake"
- Allowing messages to be sent even if the To: field is empty, provided
that the CC or BCC lines have recipients listed.
- Together with JLeach, we've managed to get it so that removing an IMAP
or NNTP storage would make it disappear from the folder-tree.
- Hopefully discovered and fixed the "Cannot parser URL ''" when sending
messages, though I don't know for sure. I've thoguth this in the past...
;-)
- Allow threading of messages on a per-folder basis (or did I do this at
the end of last week? I forget)
- When the user is offline, automagically do "Send Later" when he/she
sends his/her message.
- Save the composition format type when saving drafts so we can restore
the setting when they re-open the message for editing.
- Fixed address quoting so that the name John J. Smith doesn't become
John "J." Smith but instead becomes "John J. Smith".
and Ettore's favorite...
- Fixed it so that if the first char of a mailing-list name was a '<',
it would get stripped off.
