Mostly, I finished and committed the new config stuff and then fixed
bugs in it.
Added a "-debug filename" flag to the evolution shell that makes all of
the components log their output to the given filename. The mailer also
turns on the Camel verbose debugging flag so you get IMAP/POP output
too.
Added support for non-default drafts and sent folders.
Made it so "PLAIN" and "Password" don't both show up in authtype lists.
Found and fixed the "crash on multiple POP servers" bug.
Added a hack to deal with bad multiparts.
