Hello,

I hope the peope responsible for the CVS packages of evolution,
gal and gtk-html on Ximian's ftp site, read this mailing list,
and if not, please feel free to forward them this message.

This is the second time in less than two weeks that the binary
versions and the source versions do not match. This time, they
even exceeded themselves by not providing any source rpms
whatsoever.

How hard is it to do a "rpm -ba <specfile>" , get both the
binary and the source packages and put them on the FTP site?

There are people (such as myself) who prefer to compile from
source and save a lot of bloat (gal-devel and gtkhtml-devel
more than 4MB each???), while getting an optimized package.

Sincerely,
Yosi
