Ok

I built Samba4 via Openchange, then openchange, then v2.25.1 for evo and
data-server - then latest evolution-mapi from svn

The mapi-account-setup-plugin uses existing hooks. so, *currently* it can work
with 2.24.x+

yes.

as of _now_ you don't have to build 2.25.x . But we will bump the minimum
requirement when the need arises (soon :) )

Basically, just build evolution-mapi and restart evolution. That would have
MAPI Account setup plugin loaded.
