Evolution seemed to choke on opening the mail with viewing Message Source, so I had to seek it out and open with gedit. Here's what I found:

Everything on line seems to focus on Windows mail (Outlook) creating the problems for Mac Mail to receive. Here it seems to be Mac Mail creating the problem?
