Well, We are trying to give you a solution to your problem, but you are so blinded by your paranoid "politics" you can't see it. Use a provider that gives you a decent amount of storage, such as Google or Microsoft then you can keep your mail (and everything else) in "The Cloud". That SOLVES (i.e. a solution) your problem of accessing mail from multiple devices. IF you are concerned about privacy, then use end-to-end encryption. IF you still don't want to use one of the big multinationals, then look for a local mail provider. How about searching for "swiss email provider" ... comes up with: protonmail.ch, www.artmotion.eu, and others - artmotion looks interesting: €10 pm for 5Gb of mail and they make a big thing about being in Switzerland with Swiss data security laws.
