https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evolution/EWS/OAuth2 although this goes into a lot of detail, my experience is that it just works if you configure Evolution to use Office365 OAuth2. However, this may be dependent on which version of Evolution you use, so if you need help you must include that information.
