[Evolution] 1.4.4 keeps retrieving same mesages

I'm running evolution 1.4.4 on rh severn beta. I have two mail accounts. 
Both are set up to leave messages on server. When I retrieve messages, evol 
keeps retrieving the same messages ( that is, messages it already retrieved 
in a prior session).

Is there some setting I'm missing?
