did you upgraded mozilla since you last built it? every time i upgrade it i have to fix my reconfigure script to point to the new location.
if you see the configure.log it should show where it looked i think, and failed to find it.

However Mozilla (and the NSS libraries) are installed on my system (Fedora RC1 with latest patches). I also have OpenSSL.
