Well, I dug around and luckily I saved my home directory from the laptop before "retiring" it. Here's the config used for gpilotd for the IR port. [Device1] type=2 (This is IrDA) name=Infrared (unimportant) device=/dev/ircomm0 speed=115200 timeout=60 This is my last hope of helping. Other than this, I'm out of ideas.
