Is there a quick way to turn subtotaled data into permanent values, without keeping the supporting numbers in the spreadsheet? I'm subtotaling an inventory of products, and once I get the totaled values and collapse the tree down to '2', I need to transfer the end result to another worksheet or destination. I can remove the word 'total' with the search and replace operation; but can't go any further. I've tried the usual tricks (copy/paste special Values) but cannot get satisfactory results. What am I missing?
