I have a column of dates exported from Access into Excel. the current formula counts any dates that start on the 1st and places the sum into the proper column. My problem is there are quite a few that export over as 3/15/2011 or 5/2/2011, etc...not on the 1st, so these volumes are not being automatically picked up. And I go in and manually change these cells to reflect a date of the 1st, regardless of the month. IS there another way to handle these non-1st dates?
