I am using filter only but my filter selection is in the header area
only column F row 1,2,3,5 I am using concatenate function to combine
these value in col I1, and this value I want to match with PROGRESS
TRACKING DATA sheet

col P (col16), actually some of the information I want to show only once
in the header where I have given my filter this is the reason I want
macro... if possible without macro or without macro be great help for
me

I am attaching the file with the sample data to be captured based on the
value in COL I1, in PROGRESS TRACKING DATA two(background colored for
understanding) sets of data available as an example, if you select in
COL F2 Electrical the other set of data should come after running the
macro...

If possible could be great help for me..

Thanks in advance...

You did not provide an example but I would suggest you only use ONE
sheet and simply use

data>filter>autofilter

to filter the data you want and hide the columns you don't want to show.

A macro can be used to do this for you

Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ EXTRACTING DATA BASE ON MATCHING VALUE

DEAR SIR,

I HAVE TWO SHEETS ONE PROGRESS TRACKING DATA AND REPORT-INDEX I WANT TO
CAPTURE DATA FROM PROGRESS TRAKING DATA SHEET IF COL (I1) OF
REPORT-INDEX MATCHES WITH COL(P) OF PROGRESS TRACKING DATA IT SHOULD
LIST ALL ROWS WHICH MATCHES BUT ONLY THOSE COLUMN WHICH'S HEADING
(COLORED GREEN FOR UNDERSTANDING) MATCHES WITH THE HEADING OF THIS SHEET
COLORED GREEN FOR UNDERSTANDING THE LISTING TO START BELOW THE HEADING
ROW

IF NEXT TIME I1 VALUES CHANGES IT SHOULD CLEAR THE PREVIOUS LISTED DATA
ONLY..

DATA IS LARGE AND KEEPS ON CHANGING

BEST REGARDS
