Hi Chilexcel, The problem for me comes because if the person requesting help does not look at themselves as a student in the relationship, then it seems to me they are just asking me to do their job for them... but I am not getting paid. I know you are very skilled already... Yes, Microsoft should offer bonuses to their advocates :) Actually, honestly I am more of an open source advocate. I have more experience in MS Office though, and don't have a real need at the moment to better learn LibreOffice/OpenOffice, so here I am working in Excel!
