·        *ITIL certification*



*Experience Required*



·         Personal Computer Hardware Knowledge

·         Software installs and troubleshooting knowledge and experience

·         Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk experience

·         Crystal Reports, SQL, MS Office Suite

·         Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

·         Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication
skills Sound problem

·         resolution, judgment and decision-making skills

·         Hands on experience supporting end user hardware and software
problems at an advanced level.



*Job Description:*

 This position will provide end user technical support for both software
and hardware. Also, provide maintenance, implementation staging, reference
documentation, production problem analysis, and technical support. Provides
hands on user support for complex issues related to software and hardware.

·         ITIL
