*Duration: 6+ months*



•Solid experience with the J2EE platform and possesses Enterprise
application development experience

•Advanced programming experience with Struts2 Framework, strong in
JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and XML

•Knowledge of Web application security ,web services and API technologies

•Hands on experience on Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Admin tasks

•Ability to diagnose & address application issues

•Familiarity with SDLC Processes

•Requirements and Use-case documentation

•Previous work experience in applications support with emphasis on
supporting enterprise applications.

•Experience with unit and system level testing and validation activities

•Knowledge of Struts2 Framework and web services

•Knowledge and use of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

•Exposure to enterprise application implementation and integrations

•Strong customer services

•Strong problem solving and analytical skills

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•Ability to work within a team and self-directed when required.

•Experience following project management methodology

•Experience reporting to management

•Experience working with clients directly

•Experience in requirements gathering and documenting

•Perform technical analysis/design work when necessary.

•Perform unit testing on code and assist with system and UAT testing.

•Lead code reviews.

•Investigate technical issues when required.

•Respond and provide support for production issues reported to the Customer

•Assist in the preparation of documentation where necessary for new or
changed business, operational, or support procedures.

•Participate in analysis and planning of development activities.

•Ensure that requirements are clearly understood by team members prior to
design and development effort being engaged.

•Technically assess all development efforts in terms of skill requirements
and resource availability; recommend delivery times.

•Stay informed on emerging technologies and transfer knowledge to the team
members.

•Identify the requirements and defining the same as a requirement matrix

•Understanding and documenting Process Improvements initiatives

•Review and Verification of Project Deliverables

•Generate communication plan, quality plan and change control process for
the project

•Create a project definition document outlining the project description,
the scope of the project, the individuals involved in project, the
constraints, dependencies and risk assessment

•Perform risk analysis and identify the risks in the design, the risks in
the process and create risk mitigation plan if required

•Create a project plan defining the different phases of the project, the
tasks involved in each phase, the corresponding responsible individual for
each tasks and the project deliverables out of each phase of the project

•Conduct periodic meetings to assess the progress of the project and report
the same to the upper management
