*Remote* *US Citizens & GC ONLY.* *Must have:* · Salesforce Administrator Certified Required · Salesforce Advanced Admin/Platform App Builder Certification *Must have worked in Service Cloud, Sales & Community.* · 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator, · 2 years in Service Cloud · Experience managing Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets · Experience with Lightning Flow · Experience with Security Model and Sharing rules · Experience working in a large Salesforce user environment · Experience in Sales, Service and Community *Responsibilities* · Maintain System Security and Integrity · Grant/remove and maintain user licenses · Design, create, and maintain user roles and profiles and other sharing groups · Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, approval processes, and other business rules Change Management, User Adoption, and Satisfaction · Manage the change control documentation · Lead “Change Management” Committee if appropriate · Communicate regularly regarding new Salesforce release features · Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience · Provide support functions as needed · Data Quality and Maintenance · Import data as appropriate · Monitor and improve data quality · Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed · Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance · Create and maintain dashboards · Create and maintain reports, including folder maintenance *Qualifications* · B.A. or equivalent education/experience · Salesforce.com Administrator certification required · 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience · In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and proven success expanding on those through use of advanced Salesforce features · Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools and Wave Analytics · Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills · Able to work independently and as part of a team · Strong communication skills · Proficient in standard Office applications · Interest in problem solving, data, and software application -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
