It's not the archive bit (used to indicate that a file has been backed up)
but rather the Read-Only attribute which is always set on normal CDR's.
Using a CDRW with software that makes it look like a R/W drive would
probably work, but since PST's are already "fragile" I wouldn't want the add
to the risk by putting them on a read-write cdrw "drive".

I know about pst's on cd's with the archive bit being set on the file and
having to remove it e after you copy the pst to the hard disk and use it in
outlook, but I was wondering about RW Cd's and pst's. Don't have access to
RW drive to test so I'd like to get some thoughts on the subject. Has it
been tested or is anyone using it?
