Are you talking about resetting the A bit after copying from a CD-RW to the
HD or are you talking about directly accessing a PST on rewriteable optical
media?

I don't think it would work in either case.  The OS still treats the volume
as a read-only one.  Even with the pseudo-integration of CD burning in the
Windows XP Explorer shell it's still not direct write access to the CD.
