Are you talking about resetting the A bit after copying from a CD-RW to the HD or are you talking about directly accessing a PST on rewriteable optical media?
I don't think it would work in either case. The OS still treats the volume as a read-only one. Even with the pseudo-integration of CD burning in the Windows XP Explorer shell it's still not direct write access to the CD. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of John Strongosky > Sent: Friday, January 23, 2004 1:06 PM > To: Exchange Discussions > Subject: Question on Pst's. > > > I know about pst's on cd's with the archive bit being set on > the file and > having to remove it e after you copy the pst to the hard disk > and use it in > outlook, but I was wondering about RW Cd's and pst's.
