OK, 

  DHCP wasnt it as we removed everything from the server that was foreign.
We are still getting the shutdown now occuring though. This doesnt make
sense since we have an AD in the environment already and everything has
been working without issue for 1 week. All of a sudden the Exchange server
just started to shut itself down with taht even id 1013 and 1014 (same
messaage and source for both).

What is going on?
