That's a harder one, since I believe that is stored within the mailbox itself, rather than in the directory (DS or AD, depending on Exchange version). My guess is that you're gonna need something written using CDO to log into each mailbox and make the settings changes. I'd start at exchangecode.com and cdolive.com for pointers.
