You could also create a PST file with only the holidays in a calendar folder. Then you would copy that pst file to each users login name i.e. Toma.pst, johnd.pst, andyw.pst so you had a PST for each user. Then you could probably use EXMERGE to read that info directly into the exchange server store. Can anyone comment if they think that would work or maybe have a better way?
