Hi all, when an outlook client connects to the Exchange 2003 server and tries to view the details of an entry in the address book/TO, BCC, etc.. fields, they recieve an error along the lines of:
Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not valid for this recipient. Microsoft Exchange Server is not configured to support details templates in your language (English). Contact your system administrator (doh!) I have checked the appropriate container within Exchange Manager and it seems to be empty of any kind of recipient detail item. Is this normal behaviour for Exchange? More importantly how can we resolve this problem?
