Oh, you're talking about 5.5? Exchange 5.5 has templates you must install.
If I recall correctly, they're on the SP CD.

Subject: RE: Exchange 2003 - Details Template problem?

Hi Ed,
there is no option to de-select Details Templates during install, and all
the servers I have setup have always had Details Templates by default.

But none the less, we have setup this server on a customer network in an
existing 5.5 site, got virtually everything working and getting ready to
move mailboxes across, but the Details Templates are in the same place as
documentation on how to handle this situation (I cant find either).

Last night we tried to re-install Exchange over the top of its current
installation, thinking that would resolve the problem, but it did not. The
details templates are still nowhere to be found. So the issue with being
able to view properties of contact items still exists.

Regards,
Luke Cassar
