I have seen some [toy sized] Dell PCs that defaulted to a not so good network configuration on their NIC, specifically a bad packet size. That caused them to be slow while talking to an Exchange server. Maybe yours is a similar case?

've tried everything and can't figure out why this is happening. Any pointers to what to look for would be greatly appreciated.
