When you configure it on a single box the only difference is the gateway setting and the mailbox setting effects the same server. But, since they both have different results, you still want to set both of them. The gateway for what/if you reject mail at a given threshold and the mailbox setting for what level you want things moved to the OL2003 Junk Mail folder by default.
