Wait a second. You are using Exchange correct? Why the need to create a new PST file? The mail stays on the server. If its an archive, just copy it over the network to the new machine.

We created a pst file (he is off the network), burned it on to a cd, put it on the new machine (on the network) , exchange 5.5 client. The error we are getting is "This is not a personal folder file." We have done this countless times without a problem. Windows XP, Office XP Any ideas?
