I am running Exchange 2000 in native mode. I have given a user permission to manage a dl (Manage By Tab on the DL Properties). Both the DL and user belong in the same domain. However when the user tries to modify the membership of the dl, the user receives this message, "Changes to the distribution membership could not be saved.
