I run the installation of Exchange without any errors from ForestPrep to
Install but it doesn't ask me to reboot at the end and there aren't any
shortcuts to Exchange Tools. When I manually run system manager from
c:\progra~1\exchsrv\bin it tells me

Snap-in failed to initialize
Name: - not available -
CLSID: {33kl34-23423j23k434jk33}
DNS is running and doing dynamic updates, all the appropriate services
are started and dcdiag and netdiag run without any issues.
