What steps did you take to install exchange? What error messages did you get, if any, while you were installing? What service pack are you running with 2000 advance server? Is this exchange 2k3 enterprise?

There are two DC's both of which I attempted to install Exchange and failed. Server A if functioning properly without any issues but like I said when I run Exchange manually from c:\progra~1\exchsrv\bin it tells me MMC Snap-in failed to initialize Name: - not available - CLSID: {33kl34-23423j23k434jk33} Server B functions normally if I just put it on the domain or take it off but when I make it a DC the DNS fails right after dcpromo and even though the dns server service runs it tells me dns server is unavailable and I get a red X in DNS over the server. I also can't start most of the exchange services. If I left out a piece of information or am not specific enough please let me know. Additionally if someone is willing to provide me with phone or remote access support for a fee please let me know what it is.
