>From the Select Users dialog box, what is in the Object Type field? You should have both "Users" and "Other Objects" in order for a contact to be accessible.

Exchange 2003 SP1, It is like it is hidden from the address book but I checked the properties and it is not hidden, But when I pull up the server contacts on a client machine it is there....
