Just did this about 6 months ago, and the only problem I have is when I do a recovery of a mailbox for this server. My mailbox recovery server is nt40. Have to reindex the dbase....There was a problem with win2k sp4 and exchange but I think that has been fixed, anyone add any more to the sp4 issue...
