You're not. I have 3 levels 60MB warn, 75MB send - all users except next levels 125MB warn, 150MB send - managers and up except next level 260MB warn, 275MB send - VP's and up

I try to point out to people that a large inbox will respond much more slowly, will be much more difficult to organize, will be hell to restore, and recovery is not guaranteed. I encourage people to store data elsewhere, not as emails. I'm still using Exchange 5.5 - until probably this winter - so that's partly a factor.
