If the group is a mail-enabled universal security group you can use it to grant permissions. I know of no way to do that without touching each individual calendar.

I need a way to allow a group the permission to read a OU's calendar? Basicly we have a shared server between three companies. Each company in there own OU. In each OU there is a group called everybody@ and I need to give that group permission to read each others calendar. Preferably without visiting or logging in as each and every user. Even when I attempt to do it at a sinlge user level it does not allow me to use the group. What am I missing? This is a bulk move of a company so I have to deal with 78 accounts between now and Monday morning 7am so don't want to have to edit each one seperately. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
