Yes, but why, for heaven's sake, would you want to use HTML email in the
first place? What's wrong with good old plain-text emails? 
Maybe I'm being naive, but I, for one, really HATE HTML OR Rich Text email.
Give me good old plain-ascii text!

Naw. Spam Assassin and the like look more for specific tags. And each of
those tags contribute to the score. Tags I can't imagine you would use,
things like Frontpage made the email, big fonts, tbody tags. And then no
one tag will get you tagged, each one counts for a few points towards
your total score.
