If you have a prohibit send and receive limit set, it's likely that's not your problem.
If you can't see a mailbox anywhere under the mailbox stores in ESM, then it's probably because it doesn't exist. If the mailbox exists and you can't see it, you have a different problem. Performed offline defrag and brought it down from 15GB to about 12GB. In just 2 days store has grown by 250MB without any mailbox activity. While the mailbox store is about 12GB, the total of priv.edb & pub.edb are only about 8GB. The priv1.stm is about 4GB. There are mailbox limits and Backups are running fine. What could be the cause of this and how can it be stopped/fixed?
