I setup a shared mailbox in Exchange 2003. I want 3 people to be able to READ mail only from this mailbox, nothing else, so I set them up as REVIEWER. However, they can only open items that have already been read. Anything that has not been opened already, can not be opened by them. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a permission to READ ANY email from a mailbox, but not delete anything?
