Friggin' Delete is a separate right from Read. I'm surprised by your report; I'm not aware of any permissions differences between read and unread messages. What happens when they try?

I want 3 people to be able to READ mail only from this mailbox, nothing else, so I set them up as REVIEWER. However, they can only open items that have already been read. Anything that has not been opened already, can not be opened by them. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a permission to READ ANY email from a mailbox, but not delete anything? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
