What user is logged on at the console (Domain User) using the Outlook Administrator e-mail account?
Just went through this with getting my manager setup to view others mailboxes. Basically, when you change e-mail profile setups ( You may need to clear out all profiles and start over. ), you get a authentication challenge. Use the Domain Administrator credentials.
