Create contacts for those foreign addresses. Grant appropriate permissions.
Send-as the contact. Or set the foreign address as the default SMTP address of
those mailboxes. Outbound msgs from those mailboxes (when they're the PRIMARY
mailbox in the users' profiles) will go out AS from that SMTP address. You'll
want to adjust the display name appropriately. But you could start running
into issues with Sender-permitted-from and other antispam measures as remote
MTAs see messages coming from your SMTP servers purporting to be FROM the
company in question.

Lots of ways to skin this cat.

Subject: RE: Email address masquerading

Hi, thanks for this but I'm not sure this does exactly what I want as the
masqueraded reply to address that the customers see are another domain within
another company.

Let me explain the situation in detail, basically a company gets support
requests at a particular email address and these emails are forwarded onto two
different mailboxes on our servers and we answer the support requests on there
behalf. When we answer the support requests the customer must not know it was
us who is responding and the email address they receive from the two mailboxes
at our end must be the email address of the company we are handling support
requests for.

Cheers
