For those of you using SMSMSE, is the anti-Spam part included or does it cost extra?
We upgraded to Premium/BrightMail in order to get the results we were expecting. In SMSMSE, the SPAM filtering is a basic set of rules, which you need to maintain. Premium/BrightMail has the dynamic rules content downloaded from Symantec. Depending on the 'waves' of SPAM that changes techniques, it can take Symantec/Premium/BrightMail a couple of days to catch up to SPAM coming through the filter.
