You don't, unless you know someone with a CSA and probably even then,
they wouldn't be allowed to let you have it.

there was a little section on Exchange 5.5.

Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5: The update is available now. Exchange
Server
5.5 is under Custom Support phase until January 2008. Customers with
Customer Support Agreements (CSAs) can request a hotfix through their
Technical Account Managers.

What if you we don't have CSAs? How would you get the hotfix?

Exchange 2003 sp2.

Since congress passed the Energy Policy Act the DST dates are changing.
Looks as if there are going to be some issues with the start/end dates
for DST time changes required KB926666.  Release date of Jan, 16 2007.
Anyone applied this patch yet?  There is a server patch as well.  I
would be nice if both patches were included in the windows update prior
to the second week in March.

parties shall advise each such employee, contract employee or other
party of its obligations under this agreement.
