A recent download notification indicated that Microsoft IT tackled this by
building 10 virtual PCs (the image is available for download) and running it
24/7 x 10, they finished 130,000 mailboxes in about 3 days. Doesn't sound
quite as bad as originally hinted...

I'm surprised there is so little talk about this. From the documentation
there appears to be the fairly straightforward update of the Windows OS
and Exchange, but according to Q930879 it could take days to actually
run the Exchange calendar update tool.

Subject: Daylight Saving Time patch for Exchange.

Exchange 2003 sp2.

Since congress passed the Energy Policy Act the DST dates are changing.
Looks as if there are going to be some issues with the start/end dates
for DST time changes required KB926666. Release date of Jan, 16 2007.
Anyone applied this patch yet? There is a server patch as well. I
would be nice if both patches were included in the windows update prior
to the second week in March.
