Hi, folks, I took the 3938B class on upgrading your skills from Exchange 2000/2003 to Exchange 2007, but I still have a couple of questions.
1. Can I put the Exchange 2007 databases on an iSCSI LAN? 2. Do I really need a CAS and a HUB in the same AD site as my mailbox server? Reason I ask is, I'd like to put a CAS in our DMZ and the mailbox server in a different site on the internal network, kind of like our front end/back end Exchange 2003 topology, but I don't want to install two separate CAS's if I don't need to. Finally, I'm assuming I have to have an Exchange license for every server on which I install *any* role, correct? So, I'll need at least two, and maybe three, licenses just to get one Exchange 2007 mailbox server up and running? Many thanks, colleagues. -- Larry Wahlers Concordia Technologies The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod MailTo:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Business Phone: (314) 996-1876 _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
