Exchange 2007 Enterprise is $280 and Standard is $52. Exchange CAL's are $3. Based on past history, you can purchase something like Exchange at the non-profit price and use it for your entire organization as long as it is also supporting at least part of your organization that is a 501c3. BTW - TechSoup has a lot more than just Microsoft applications.
