Be hard, In my industry, I've got 250 > 500 mb limits, (depending on requirements) No more & I don't move...
Users should keep live files in their inbox, but shouldn't use it as an archive solution. When a project or categorized bunch of e-mails are completed, pst down to a server share and continue to back up like a normal file. The user can then open the file for reference whenever they want. I won't let lazy users impact on infrastructure performance....IMHO GGrrr ;) -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Tony Nguyen Sent: 02 July 2008 16:29 To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Mailbox size over 2GB Hello everyone, Just like to know how Exchange Administrator handle email users who keep every things.
