Be hard, In my industry, I've got 250 > 500 mb limits, (depending on
requirements) No more & I don't move...

Users should keep live files in their inbox, but shouldn't use it as an
archive solution. When a project or categorized bunch of e-mails are
completed, pst down to a server share and continue to back up like a normal
file. The user can then open the file for reference whenever they want.

I won't let lazy users impact on infrastructure performance....IMHO GGrrr ;)
