There's: Get-LogonStatistics -Server Server_Name | ft UserName,ClientVersion
That usually won't tell you who's connected via OWA, though since those sessions connect and disconnect rapidly. Get-MailboxStatistics -Identity User_ID | fl will tell you the last time a user logged on, among other things.
